Arnold, CA…This week we had 8 students go through a 40 hour River and Flood Water Rescue Technician class. They learned how to safely and efficiently remove victims from floods waters, rapids, vehicles stuck in moving water etc. As a final project we removed about 75′ of 1″ steel cable from a rapid below Sourgrass that was creating a hazard for rafters and kayakers
