CONTINUE TO BRING VERY WET THUNDERSTORMS TO THE SIERRA NEVADA.
THE MAIN THREAT AREA AND TIME WILL BE ABOVE 4000 FEET SOUTH OF US-
50 THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THUNDERSTORMS MAY TRAIN/CONTINUE TO
DEVELOP OVER THE SAME AREAS WHICH INCREASES THE CHANCE OF
FLOODING. DEBRIS FLOW…ESPECIALLY DOWNSLOPE OF RECENT FIRE AREAS
ARE OF EXTRA CONCERN AS WELL AS MUD OR ROCK SLIDES OVER ROADWAYS.
BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND OR SAFE AREAS SHOULD
