This latest Order modifies the Calaveras County Health Officer Order released on April 29, 2020. All other Calaveras County Health Officer Orders related to COVID-19 will continue to remain in place. This Order is in effect until further notice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/cccovid.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98549\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/cccovid.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/cccovid.jpg 571w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/cccovid-300x142.jpg 300w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/cccovid-570x271.jpg 570w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The revision to the Order focuses on outdoor exercise and recreational activities. All non-essential public and private gatherings of any size or type are still prohibited. The order allows for Calaveras County residents to exercise and engage in outdoor activities as long as you maintain a safe physical distance of six feet and gather only with members of your household. Outdoor exercise and recreational activities include:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Canoeing (singles)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Jogging and running<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Golf (singles, walking \u2013 no cart)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Hunting and Fishing<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Horse Riding (singles)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Disc golf<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Jogging and Running<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Outdoor swimming allowing distancing<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Outdoor photography<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Skateboarding (not in groups)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Net sports such as tennis, volleyball, and badminton (singles only)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Walking\/Hiking\/trails\/paths (allowing distancing)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Recreational use of non-commercial, privately owned watercraft (motorized and non-motorized)\u2014one person per watercraft<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Recreational use of personal motorized off-road vehicles such as ATVs or dirt bikes (one person per vehicle)<\/p>\n<p>Calaveras Public Health urges the public to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Without a vaccine, social distancing measures are necessary to protect the health and well-being of Calaveras communities and safeguard our healthcare system.
