Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Greeting customer on the sales floor and determining their wants and need.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 In-Home Sales Presentations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Selling flooring and floor care products.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Keeping up to date on the wide selection of floors we have to offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Providing outstanding customer service.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Writing sales orders.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Helping work through and following up after completion of job.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Building client relationships. Market Yourself Door to Door in Residential Communities and Business to Business<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Complete and turn in required paperwork for operations\/<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Receiving payment or obtain credit authorization.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Following up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests or concerns.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Answering questions from and providing information to customers about flooring.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Assisting customers with flooring choices – explaining features and benefits of various types of flooring.<\/p>\n
The skills and abilities we’re seeking include:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with, decorating or design.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must be willing and able to attend some off-site training.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have access to reliable transportation in order to get to work, and to visit customer’s homes.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must have open and flexible work availability.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must be willing to learn our computer operating system.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Retail Sales experience is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Professionalism, to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Self-motivated.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Time management skills.<\/p>\n
\u00b7<\/p>\n
