Evacuations
\nThe Douglas County Community and Senior Center is now open to receive evacuees. Reverse 911 notifications went out for most of the eastern part of the Valley and the Pine Nuts. Douglas County is asking residents to stay aware and to respond to Search and Rescue and the members of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office or Emergency personnel. Residents in the area should remain vigilant, aware of their surroundings, and have an evacuation plan.<\/p>\n
