Groveland, CA…On July 29, 2020, at approximately 2:50pm, a 75-year-old male resident of Groveland was driving his 2009 Toyota Pickup westbound on Ferretti Road, west of Otter Court at approximately 35-40 miles per hour. For unknown reasons, the vehicle traveled off the north shoulder and collided into a tree. The driver was extricated from the vehicle by other motorist and life saving measures were performed. Unfortunately, the driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. <\/p>\n

It was determined he was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the collision and Alcohol nor Drugs are not suspected to be a factor. <\/p>\n
