As he came to a left curve he failed to negotiate the curve and allowed his vehicle to run off the roadway, down an embankment and collided with a tree.  He was not wearing a seatbelt and suffered fatal injuries.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/1144fiat.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/1144fiat.png\" alt=\"1144fiat\" width=\"512\" height=\"266\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/1144fiat.png 512w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/1144fiat-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The investigation is ongoing and will determine if alcohol or drug impairment was a factor in the collision.
