Schwartz (pictured below) was arrested Wednesday afternoon for felony elder abuse.  Shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12th, officers were dispatched to the area of the shopping center parking lot located at 130 W. Stockton Road for a disturbance. During the investigation, officers learned that Schwartz repeatedly struck the victim with her hands and fists and, at one point, pulled her around by her hair.<\/p>\n<p>Schwartz was booked at the Tuolumne County Jail with a bail set at $35,000. The victim was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
