\nCITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
\nTUESDAY, August 18, 2020
\nTHIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20, ISSUED BY
\nCALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 17, 2020, THE RALPH M. BROWN ACT
\n(CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54950, ET SEQ.), AND THE FEDERAL AMERICANS WITH
\nDISABILITIES ACT.<\/p>\n
The City of Angels herby provides notice that as a result of the declared federal, state, and local
\nhealth emergencies, and in light of the Governor\u2019s order, THIS MEETING WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY
\nOPEN TO THE PUBLIC. You may observe the meeting and address the Council via email or
\ntelephonically as dictated below. Consistent with the Executive Order, Council members may elect
\nto attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if
\nthey were physically present.<\/p>\n

1. If you wish to make a public comment, submit your comment via email to the Clerk of the Board at
\nbosclerk@co.calaveras.ca.us no later than 4:00pm on the Monday prior to the Board meeting. Please clearly
\nindicate which agenda item number your comment pertains to, or if it is a general public comment.
\nComments are limited to 300 words or fewer. If your comment meets the foregoing criteria, it will be read
\ninto the record during the meeting.<\/p>\n
2. Alternatively, you may comment by calling (209) 754-6370 and relaying your message to the Board
\nClerk or leaving a voicemail of no more than 300 words no later than 4:00 pm on the Monday prior to the
\nBoard meeting. You must specify which item your comment pertains to or if it is for general public comment.
\nThe Clerk will then read it into the record during the meeting.<\/p>\n
3. If you are listening to the audio or video live stream of the meeting and wish to either make a
\ngeneral public comment or a comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please call one of the
\ntelephone numbers listed below the Call to Order and enter the Webinar ID number provided. You may
\nspeak for up to three minutes. The Board will make an effort to take all calls. You may receive a busy signal if
