Over the years, low-cost blood analysis screening has been one of the most popular features at MTMC Health Fairs. It includes a chemistry panel, thyroid, complete blood count, lipid panel, iron for women, PSA for men, and vitamin D deficiencies. MTMC provides the screening at a cost of just $45 at the Health Fair \u2013by appointment.<\/p>\n
Archer notes, \u201cAnother important Health Fair element is the gathering of local health and wellness resources in one
\nplace. Over 50 community partners usually are on-hand to interact with community members.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThough we cannot bring everyone together in the traditional Health Fair setting, this year it\u2019s more important than ever to for MTMC to help assure local residents have access to important community resources.\u201d<\/p>\n
He continues, \u201cWe are all keenly aware of the health and wellness impacts from self-isolation and worry during the COVID-19 crisis. We want people to know where to turn if they need help.\u201d<\/p>\n
