Del Norte County will forward any mistakes and from Calaveras County Treasurer &#038; Tax Collector Barbara Sullivan. &#8220;Some tax payers will receive the wrong return envelope with their annual tax bill.  They should submit their tax payments to the address appearing at the top of the tax bill.
