In an outbound call from PG&#038;E they stated that in some cases it may be days till power is fully restored.  Comcast is also having widespread outages as well in the affected areas.  The Hwy 4 Corridor is taking the worst of it this storm cycle as power is out from Arnold all the way to Bear Valley &#038; Lake Alpine.
