The officer observed a motorcycle that was traveling westbound, in the opposite direction at an extremely high rate of speed. As the motorcycle passed, the officer made a U-turn in an attempt to make an enforcement stop on the motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37824\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The officer lost sight of the motorcycle. The officer subsequently observed a cloud of dust as he rounded a curve in the roadway and located the motorcycle which had left the roadway and was involved in a solo-vehicle collision.
