San Andreas, CA…I am a Calaveras County planning commissioner.\u00a0 On March 9, the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will be considering the rezoning of almost 7000 parcels in the County to make the zoning consistent with the 2019 General Plan or to replace temporary \u201cU\u201d (Unclassified) zoning with specific zoning.<\/p>\n

No individual notices of proposed zone changes have been sent to landowners. \u00a0Your land might be rezoned by the approval of this map.\u00a0 You might agree or disagree with any proposed zoning change.\u00a0 If you have questions about whether your property is affected and, if so, how it is affected, go to\u00a0planning.calaverasgov.us\/<\/a>\u00a0and click on the \u201cZONING\u201d tab on the box at the top right.\u00a0 Then click on \u201cZoning Map Help\u201d and follow the directions.\u00a0 Comments or questions can be directed to the Planning Department at (209) 754-6394 or\u00a0PlanningWeb@co.calaveras.ca.us<\/a>.<\/p>\n
