1) AB1200 Fiscal Disclosure for the Calaveras Unified Educators Association (CUEA) The AB1200 is the financial document required to demonstrate fiscal solvency prior to any increase in compensation. The AB1200 is presented for public comment in regard to Calaveras Unified Educators Association.<\/p>\n
2) Calaveras Unified School District (CUSD) and Calaveras Unified Educators Association (CUEA) Tentative Agreement (TA)
\nCUSD and CUEA concluded its negotiation session on May 12, 2020, and reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) to include changes in compensation and language, which is presented to the Board for consideration and action. Given changes to CUSD\u2019s projected
\nfiscal conditions since the agreement was reached, the recommendation is to not approve the TA.<\/p>\n
