Snow will Impact Sierra Travel Friday Night into Saturday Morning.  A quick moving winter storm will bring widespread snow to the northern Sierra and portions of the southern Cascades Friday night into Saturday morning. Snow could become heavy for a time late Friday night into early Saturday morning. The majority of the snow accumulation is expected above 5000 feet, but snow levels will be falling Saturday morning with some light accumulation down to 3500 feet possible.
