<\/p>\nArnold, CA… Arnold SIR, Branch #152, will hold its Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Normally, monthly meetings include a social hour and lunch, followed by guest speakers, and are held in the Snowflake Lodge at the Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association, 335 Blue Lake Springs Dr., Arnold, CA. However, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and county-imposed rules on such gatherings, our monthly meetings have been held virtually in the Zoom environment.<\/p>\n

Our March guest speaker will be Thomas Hein, who has been the Fire Prevention Coordinator for the Blue Lake Springs Homeowner Association in Arnold, CA for the past three years.<\/p>\n

Thomas is responsible for the PRC4291 and CC&R inspections of 2000+ properties, in BLSHA.\u00a0 During the summer months, Thomas is responsible for coordinating with Cal Fire for the VIP inspections, with BLSHA Volunteers.\u00a0 Thomas works directly with BLS members and is responsible for answering their fire prevention and CC&R questions.\u00a0 Thomas is the liaison for communications between the Association, EPFD and Cal Fire.<\/p>\n
Thomas is a veteran of the United States Navy and a former Legal Office Specialist for the San Mateo County Sheriff\u2019s Office.\u00a0 Thomas\u2019 family has lived and owned businesses in the Arnold area, for over 40 years.<\/p>\n
Thomas will be addressing fire safety here in the Blue Lake Springs community, but his topic will be of interest to all those who own a home in Calaveras County.<\/p>\n
SIR is a non-profit, public benefit corporation formed for\u00a0men.\u00a0 Our Mission is to improve the lives of our members through fun\u00a0activities\u00a0and events while making \u201cFriends for Life.\u201d<\/p>\n
