As our economy slowly opens back up they are now offering tastings for the first time. Their announcement follows as does our interview. We were the ones crazy enough to persevere with our longtime plan of opening a distillery amidst a global pandemic in 2020. Chalk that up to good old American determination. We forged ahead, intent on partnering with local vintners, malters &amp; brewers for integrity bottlings despite the raised eyebrows we sometimes received. We&#8217;re still waiting for the day when the state allows distillers like us to offer tastings and cocktail service (Covid-restricted currently), and we had to pivot in a variety of ways away from our original plans. But you know what? We wouldn&#8217;t change that for anything.
