Calaveras County community members can prevent prescription and other drug misuse and abuse by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused, and unwanted drugs on November 1st<\/span><\/span> from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/span><\/span> at two locations in the county. A \u201cDrop the Drugs\u201d event is being presented by the Calaveras County Sheriff\u2019s Office through funding from the Anti-Drug Abuse Justice Assistance Grant. The service is free and anonymous; no questions asked.<\/p>\n
