It\u2019s part of an assault on democracy that we\u2019ve seen far too often this year\u2014and often disproportionately targeting Black and Brown Americans.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailytide.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/admin-ajax-7-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"294\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7120\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s wrong and un-American. In the 21st century, we should be making it easier, not harder, for every eligible voter to vote.<\/p>\n<p>I call again on Congress to pass the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.
