Born on March 28, 1938 in Burbank, CA to Maury &#038; Ruth Rasmussen, he lived most of his life in Bear Valley and Elk Grove, CA. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Obituary-Pic.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Obituary-Pic.jpg\" alt=\"Obituary Pic\" width=\"280\" height=\"391\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Obituary-Pic.jpg 280w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Obituary-Pic-215x300.jpg 215w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dennis is survived by the love of his life, Bonnie, their two daughters Denise and Krista (husband Philip), along with his two brothers Doug and Clayton (wife Ginger), sister Linda, and a large extended family. <\/p>\n<p>Dennis served in the Air Force (1956-1960), graduated from San Jose State (1968) and was President and CEO of multiple businesses including Mt. Reba ski area and Rasmussen &#038; Associates, ServiceMaster in Sacramento. <\/p>\n<p>He loved Jesus, his family, ice cream, and was gracious with everyone he encountered. Celebration of life is planned for Friday, November 6 at 11 am at First Baptist Church of Elk Grove. <\/p>\n<p>In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to First Baptist Church of Elk Grove Legacy Scholarship Fund (www.fbceg.org) or Gx Int&#8217;l (P.O.
