A headwall, wingwalls and<br \/>\nrock slope protection also will be installed.<\/p>\n<p>The project is scheduled to begin in summer 2021 and end in fall 2021.<\/p>\n<p>One eastbound and one westbound lane of Route 88 will remain open during<br \/>\nconstruction. Daytime and nighttime work is expected.<\/p>\n<p>Message signs will alert motorists of the road closure and detour routes.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic Detour Plan<\/p>\n<p>For eastbound Route 88 motorists going to Irishtown\/Clinton Road:<\/p>\n<p>1. Follow detour along eastbound Route 88 to eastern Irishtown Road intersection.<\/p>\n<p>2. At Route 88 and eastern Irishtown Road, turn right onto Irishtown Road.<\/p>\n<p>For westbound Route 88 motorists going to Irishtown\/Clinton Road:<\/p>\n<p>1. Follow detour to eastern intersection of Route 88 and Irishtown Road.<\/p>\n<p>2. At Route 88 and Irishtown Road, turn left, westbound, onto Irishtown Road.<\/p>\n<p>For Clinton\/Irishtown Road motorists going to Route 88:<\/p>\n<p>1. Take Irishtown Road to Route 88.<\/p>\n<p>2.
