Pioneer, CA…Orval Flannery was driving his Cadillac westbound on Tiger Creek Road, east of Old River Road, in Amador County. He was driving at an unknown speed when he approached a gradual right hand curve in the roadway. Mr. Orval allowed the Escalade to travel off the south side of Tiger Creek Road where it rolled over multiple times down a steep dirt and rock embankment where Flannery, passenger Fillmore and passenger Wilson were all ejected due to not using their seatbelts. Passenger Wilson sustained moderate injuries, driver Flannery sustained life threatening major injuries and passenger Fillmore sustained fatal injuries.<\/p>\n
