Mattly\u2019s weather forecast for Friday morning. A little break from the recent storms with a beautiful sunny day ahead and the high coming in at 33F. 66\u2033 of new snow has graced Bear Valley and the riding is off the hook. ENE winds will prevail today as the system heads east last night so we\u2019ll see wind values in the teens with some gusting into the 20\u2019s. Saturday through Monday now looks clear and sunny with daytime highs in the low to mid 30\u2019s. A second system lingers out beyond with a bit less amplification. The timing of those systems and trajectory will be the focal point for forecasters over the next 10 days or so. Central California fairs to be the recipient of good snowfall production whether the system favors a Southern or Northern track.<\/p>\n<p>Many laughed at my 400\u2033 season prediction 2 months ago\u2026..let\u2019s hope it still rings true for the season!
