.Moderate to heavy mountain snow will continue this morning with
\nsnow showers continuing into this evening. Snow levels will
\ngenerally be between 1500 and 2500 feet lowering Monday afternoon
\ndown to 1000 feet, locally lower over Shasta County.<\/p>\n
Major travel delays and difficult to impossible travel conditions
\nwill continue today. Gusty winds will further reduce visibilities
\nwith local whiteout conditions possible. Travelers should prepare
\nfor winter driving conditions by packing chains, warm winter
\nclothes, and extra food and water. Foothill locations that do not
\nnormally receive snow should prepare for wintry conditions.<\/p>\n
