\nsingle majority vote.
\nREGULAR AGENDA: These items include significant financial and administration actions of special interest, hearings
\nand work sessions.
\nThe numerical order of the items on this agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of order upon
\nrequest of the Mayor or Council Members. All questions shall be directed to the Mayor who, at his\/her discretion, will
\nrefer to Staff.
