Bear Valley, CA…It\u2019s not all over once the lifts stop turning! Come and join us for the second annual HCO SledFest this April 22nd \u2013 24th right here at Bear Valley Resort.\u00a0 HCO SledFest is a social gathering and event for snowmobilers of all ages and skill levels. We welcome you to come for the day or camp out in your RV for the duration of the event.<\/div>\n

Tickets:<\/strong><\/div>\n
Day tickets will be FREE at the ticket window. You need to pick one up to enter the grounds for liability reasons. So please make sure to pick up your tickets for all three days. We will ask you to leave if you\u2019re on the mountain without a proper lift ticket.<\/div>\n

Parking:<\/strong><\/div>\n
We are pleased to offer both day and night parking right at the base of Bear Valley Resort. We\u2019ve created parking bundles so you can pre-pay everything upfront at our parking kiosk upon arrival. Once you pay and pick up your parking ticket, please place this on your dashboard for the duration of your time at the resort.<\/div>\n

For this year\u2019s event, we\u2019ve put together a package for all your meals. The SledFest Meal Pass costs $140 and comes with six meals over Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Buying a SledFest Meal Pass will also give you a 10% discount on all other purchases at the resort *excluding alcohol*.<\/p>\n

We will also offer the option to pay for meals individually, though you\u2019ll save more by buying the meal pass!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Throughout the weekend, we will have our on-site bar Monte Wolfe Saloon open, where we serve craft cocktails as well as beer and wine. The Monte Wolfe Saloon will be open Friday evening and from 10:00 AM onward on Saturday and Sunday!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Friday night film premiere in the theatre from 7-10 PM followed by a\u00a0night ride from 10-11 PM.<\/p>\n

Snowmobiles apply 2.5 to 5 times more stress on the snowpack than a skier or rider. The stress bulb of the snowmobile reaches deeper into the snowpack. Additionally, snowmobilers can cover much more ground on a given day on our snowmobiles effectively applying that stress to more areas. With the increased power and capabilities of snowmobiles and snow bikes, motorized travelers are able to climb higher and further than human-powered backcountry travelers. This puts motorized travelers at a greater risk of entering avalanche terrain unaware of their surroundings and the potential dangers in the backcountry.\u00a0<\/span>Avalanche education is essential for motorized backcountry travel!<\/div>\n
