Standard, CA…Yesterday, June 9th at approximately 4:48 pm firefighters were dispatched to the report of several vegetation fires along Tuolumne Rd near Morris Ave. Standard (Tuolumne County)
\nSeven small fires #MorrisFire were contained within a half hour of the report. The investigation determined that all of the fires were caused by melted and ejected catalytic converter pieces. Proper and regular vehicle maintenance could have identified this issue for repair prior to these fires. What\u2019s worse, this vehicle is still a hazard to our community.
