* WHERE…Western Plumas County\/Lassen Park and West Slope
\nNorthern Sierra Nevada Counties…including Interstate 80 over
\nDonner Pass and Highway 50 over Echo Summit.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…From 10 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST Friday.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Heavy
\nsnow and gusty winds will bring reduced visibility with
\nwhiteout conditions at times. Gusty winds could bring down tree
