The Tipsy Frog is owned, operated and staffed by Copperopolis residents who believe in sharing and promoting the beauty of Calaveras County with locals and visitors alike. Donna&#8217;s experience includes a key role at QuinStreet, the leader in Vertical Marketing and Media Online that went public in 2010.  Donna currently owns and operates Kadori Gifts, a provider of wine and chocolate gift boxes sold via winery tasting rooms and the Internet.
