\nSATURDAY NIGHT…<\/p>\n
* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
\n possible.<\/p>\n
* WHERE…A portion of northern California, including the following
\n areas, West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas
\n County\/Lassen Park.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…From this afternoon through late Saturday night.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
\n creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
\n Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
\n in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
\n flooded. Rockslides will be possible. Storm drains and ditches may
\n become clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding and flooding
\n of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are
\n running high and could flood with more heavy rain.<\/p>\n
