To date, nearly 200 tons of sand has been deployed. Approximately 4,600 customers are without power following restoration efforts last night primarily in the Valley Springs, Mountain Ranch, and Arnold areas. There are additional outages scattered throughout the County. This includes damage to private roads, culverts, retaining walls, etc. The County and City will also be sending out mailers to those who may have been impact<br \/>\nAlso, residents of Calaveras County could possibly qualify for assessed tax value relief due to calamity damage caused by storm damage and flooding.
