Snyder was driving her Jeep Compass westbound on SR-88, west of Ousby Road, at 50 miles per hour approaching the Subaru&#8217;s location. Due to Snyder&#8217;s intoxication, she drove across the painted double yellow lines and entered the eastbound lane of SR-88 where she collided, head-on, with the front of the Subaru, resulting in major front-end damage to both vehicles and the Subaru catching fire.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpama.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37823\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpama.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpama.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpama-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpama-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Snyder sustained moderate injuries from the collision. The 10 year old juvenile in the right front seat was not wearing his seatbelt properly and sustained major life threating injuries.
