\n feet, with locally higher amounts. Winds gusting as high as 70
\n mph.<\/p>\n
* WHERE…Western Plumas County\/Lassen Park and West Slope
\n Northern Sierra Nevada Counties.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…From 10 AM this morning to 4 AM PST Saturday.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
\n hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
\n commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.<\/p>\n
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow levels 4000-5000 feet Today, lowering
\n to 1000-2000 tonight through Friday, locally lower. Lighter
\n snow is forecast late tonight into Wednesday morning. Heaviest
