They lived in Bakersfield and, after falling in love with the mountains where his sister, Gloria lived, they built a vacation home in Arnold. Many beautiful memories were created with family at the cabin that included lots of fun trips to Lake Tahoe. They loved the area so much that they moved permanently to Avery.<\/p>\n
Throughout his life he was able to travel to tropical destinations and enjoyed many camping adventures wherever the RV would take him. He loved his life up in the mountains and enjoyed his many friends, neighbors and coworkers. He also enjoyed being a volunteer sheriff, working security at Ironstone Vineyards, and being around all of his beloved dogs.<\/p>\n
Ross is survived by his wife of 43 years, Judy; his children Stacy (Wyatt) Wong, Jason (Tammy) Sheely, Monica (Matt) Rohre; his 8 grandchildren that thought the world of him, Kelly (Nick) Dooley, Cody (Molly) Wong, Mason Wong, James, Ashley and Jordan Sheely, Madison and Molly Rohre.
