San Andreas, CA…Oh boy! Meet Cowboy (AO55565) He\u2019s a neutered male American Bull Dog, a young 10 months old and weighing\u00a068 pounds.\u00a0Isn\u2019t he gorgeous? Cowboy\u00a0is a very strong puppy. Someone has taught him to play rough, so older children only. <\/p>\n

Cowboy would benefit from training classes. He has already learned \u201csit\u201d and \u201cwait\u201d. This happy-go-lucky boy was tuned in to his handler on his first leash walk. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Cowboy\u00a0greets\u00a0other dogs nicely and they like him. He enjoys playdates with Jasper and Freckles. He\u00a0would like to be your friend.<\/p>\n

A meet \u2019n greet is required if you have another dog. Since he is neutered he is ready to follow you home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

All dogs available for adoption at the Calaveras Animal Shelter are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations and will be microchipped. All unaltered cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.<\/p>\n

Animal Services now has a Fee Flexibility Program!
\nWhen the dog or cat population at the shelter is at 80% or above capacity, the total adoption fee will be 50% off\u2013\u2013reduced to $40 for dogs and $30 for cats. The adoption fee for cats who arrive at the shelter already altered will be $10. With the 55-5-5 Program, any time an adopter is 55 or older and adopts any pet over 5 years old, the adoption fee is $5.<\/p>\n
