Ferguson U.S. Courthouse will mark his second appearance as a criminal defendant in three months. He was arraigned on April 4 in a New York courthouse on charges of falsifying business records related to hush money payments.<\/p>\n<p>Aileen Cannon, a U.S. district judge appointed by Trump to the federal bench, will oversee the case: guiding how quickly it moves to trial, the selection of jurors and what evidence can be presented to the jury.
