The heaviest rainfall is expected between 4 PM and 8<br \/>\n  PM. Residents near the Mosquito and Caldor West burn scars should<br \/>\n  prepare for potential flooding impacts. Be sure to stay up to date<br \/>\n  with information from local authorities. Movement was<br \/>\nnorth at 25 mph.<\/p>\n<p>HAZARD&#8230;Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.<\/p>\n<p>SOURCE&#8230;Radar indicated.<\/p>\n<p>IMPACT&#8230;Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around<br \/>\n         unsecured objects.
