Cinnamon, clove and toasted vanilla greet the palate while peppercorn, hazelnut and a morning pastry (think cinnamon bun) linger.<\/p>\n
After distillation, we aged it for 2+ years in new charred American Oak barrels at our 4k ft perch in the Sierra. If you’re a fan of rye or single malt whiskey, Einhorn marries the two seamlessly.<\/p>\n
