The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians is proud to support Amador Giving Tuesday 2023 with a donation of $15,000 in matching funds. Amador Giving Tuesday is an annual event sponsored by the Amador Community Foundation to benefit the local nonprofit organizations who are providing vital support and services throughout the community.<\/p>\n

This is the Amador Community Foundation\u2019s ninth year coordinating its Amador Giving Tuesday event. In 2022, the Amador Community Foundation raised a total of $470,685.90 for local charities.<\/p>\n
The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians own and operate Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, which includes the Casino, Hotel, RV Park, General Store & Gas Station. Jackson Rancheria is one of the largest employers in Amador County. The tribe is committed to supporting charitable programs, protecting the environment, and contributing to the county. The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians was first recognized by the Federal Government in 1898.<\/p>\n
