Murphys, CA…The Rocky Hill Homeowners Association has requested complete road closures on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to accommodate pedestrians in the area for Halloween Trick or Treat. The following road will be closed: Rocky Hill Road, Stella Drive and Oro Street. Alternate routes for through traffic: Surrey to Algiers, or Surrey to Bret Harte Drive.<\/p>\n
