On November 17, 2023, at approximately 2045 hours, the California Highway Patrol was dispatched to a collision on Winton Road. P-1 was driving V-1 westbound on Winton Road. For an unknown reason, P-1 allowed V-1 to drift from the roadway, to the right, where V-1 collided with several trees. Emergency personnel responded and life saving measures were attempted. P-1 succumbed to his injuries. No other vehicles were involved. This collision is still under investigation.<\/p>\n
