The booster experienced a rapid unscheduled disassembly after boostback burn following the successful stage separation while Starship&#8217;s engines fired for several minutes on its way to space, climbing to an altitude of ~150 kilometers.<\/p>\n<p>With a test like this, success comes from what we learn, and today\u2019s test will help us improve Starship\u2019s reliability as SpaceX seeks to make life multiplanetary.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll continue to share updates here as the team reviews data from today\u2019s test.
