* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of snow
\n accumulations of 1 to 3 feet expected with up to 6 feet at the
\n higher mountain peaks. 2 to 8 inches of snow down to 4500 feet.
\n Winds gusting as high as 85 mph.<\/p>\n
* WHERE…Western Plumas County\/Lassen Park and West Slope
\n Northern Sierra Nevada, including Interstate 80 over Donner
\n Pass and Highway 50 over Echo Summit.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…Until 4 AM PST Tuesday.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
\n hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
\n commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.<\/p>\n

\n feet this afternoon, and 4500 to 5500 feet on Monday. Heaviest

* WHEN…From 6 AM PST this morning through early Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
\n creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
\n Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
\n in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
\n flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.<\/p>\n
