Construction will begin in May and the project is expected to be complete in November.  This project will replace about 20,000 feet of 12-inch diameter transmission pipeline that runs from the Arnold Cal-Fire Station along Highway 4 to Blagen Road and terminates at CCWD\u2019s sawmill tank above White Pines.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Independence-Hall.jpg\" alt=\"Independence-Hall\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Independence-Hall.jpg 320w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Independence-Hall-300x240.jpg 300w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Independence-Hall-150x120.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ccwd222.jpg\" alt=\"ccwd222\" width=\"222\" height=\"222\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5906\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ccwd222.jpg 222w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ccwd222-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/ccwd222-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 222px) 100vw, 222px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Funding for this project comes from a combination of a $1.378 million grant from the United States Department of Agriculture, a $2.622 million loan from USDA and $1.3 million in local matching funds from CCWD\u2019s Capital Renovation and Replacement fund.
