<\/p>\nSan Andreas, CA…Meet sweet Rosie, a female Belgian Malinois mix, estimated to be about 5 months old and weighing 35 pounds. A puppy.\u00a0 Rosie was found with her sister Lily and both were in sad shape. After several vet visits, special meds and baths, and lots of love from shelter volunteers, they are ready to find their homes. Rosie is more needy but will relax after a cuddle session. They are well socialized and playful.<\/p>\n

Rosie\u00a0and Lily will not be adopted together: please Google littermate syndrome.<\/p>\n
A meet \u2019n greet is required\u00a0if you have another dog. She will also need to be spayed before leaving the shelter.<\/p>\n

All unaltered cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.<\/p>\n Animal Services now has a Fee Flexibility Program!<\/p>\n When the dog or cat population at the shelter is at 80% or above capacity, the total adoption fee will be 50% off\u2013\u2013reduced to $40 for dogs and $30 for cats. The adoption fee for cats who arrive at the shelter already altered will be $10.
