Fletcher\u2019s book is rich with the adventures and misadventures that led up to Twain\u2019s stay in the Gold Country, and his fruitful time spent gathering material in his \u201cNotebook Four.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These FREE \u201cTwain Talks\u201d (11 am to noon) with Jim Fletcher every Saturday in April will highlight stories about and by the man who did not hesitate to follow his own writing advice to \u201cget your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Starting on Saturday, April 16 and regularly visiting on most Saturdays thereafter, Fletcher will give you the scoop.
