During the arrest, Deputies discovered a large amount of methamphetamine. A search warrant of the residence was authorized and the Tuolumne County Narcotics Team along with K9 Justice and other patrol personnel, executed the warrant. A quarter pound of Methamphetamine, 4.3 grams of heroin and items related to the sales of narcotics such as packaging and a scale were located.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5443\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/TCSOLogo1-2014small_thumb-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>James Owsley was arrested and booked at the Tuolumne County Jail for a felony failure to appear warrant for a weapons charge and various drug charges. He was also booked for felon in possession of ammunition, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and criminal conspiracy. He is being held in custody with a $70,000 bail.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Hogan was arrested and booked at the Tuolumne County Jail for a felony failure to appear warrant for various drug charges and charges of possession of controlled substance for sale, possessing or purchasing cocaine base for sale, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance and criminal conspiracy.
