He made an unsafe turning movement to the left.  Due to his unsafe turning movement he allowed his Ford to leave the roadway and enter the west shoulder.  When the Ford entered the west shoulder it collided with a barbed wire fence.  Vehicle 1 continued in motion and collided with a wood pile and then a dirt ditch.
