Born on January 29, 1969, in Salinas, California, she was the beloved daughter of Steve and Donna (Harrington) Holley.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/66df28cd6ea05-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-183848\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/66df28cd6ea05-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"653\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/66df28cd6ea05-1.jpg 641w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/66df28cd6ea05-1-221x300.jpg 221w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/66df28cd6ea05-1-570x775.jpg 570w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tracy and her husband, Jim, moved to Arnold, California, to be closer to family, where they raised their daughter, Ryan. Tracy was known for her unwavering devotion to her husband and her deep love for her daughter. She was a constant presence at Ryan&#8217;s school functions and sporting events, always cheering her on. Tracy also enjoyed her time working with students as an aide in the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Steve Holley.
